Absolutely appalled at the service tonight never had a problem before ordered on just eat I ordered at 5:35pm due to arrive at 6:20pm did not turn up till 7:15pm I phoned twice and was told it’s round the corner obviously wasn’t and when the driver eventually turned up his attitude was disgusting being cocky not apologising getting the food out of his car at a snails pace I was in two minds to say we are not paying I will never use shard end Baltic again

I have used other Indians ,but i had not used shard end for quite a while ,dont know why ? anyway had a few meals tonight and the food was excellent lovely vindaloo and we enjoyed it very much so nice to have a curry at home that tastes like i was in a restaurant, thank you shard end balti .
